Requirements for This Position
- You must have at least 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant, admin assistant, or executive assistant
- You have excellent English (written and verbal) communication skills, risk-assessment skills, and in general Great Judgement.
- Must be available for team calls via Zoom with team members.
- Must be proactive, organized, and diligent.
- Must have a positive, enthusiastic attitude with good organizational skills.
- Must be a fantastic analytical thinker and awesome researcher.
- Able to help us run our internal systems day to day
- You operate independently, and you’re absolutely obsessed with understanding, analyzing, and optimizing systems.
- You seek a long-term relationship and a big, positive Company Vision to contribute to.
- Must have a reliable, stable internet connection.
- Must be available to work during company business hours i.e. between 9am and 5pm EST.

- You’ll work remotely full time from 9-5pm EST (from your couch, your favorite coffee shop, or from wherever you want to) and you’ll check in every day at 9 am through our live chat.
- You’ll follow our workflow while also contributing ideas, constructive feedback, and positive energy to the team.
- You’ll conduct research as directed (it can be content-related research or leads)
- You’ll help in managing our inbox, Tawk.to chat and calendar
- You’ll be setting appointments and following up with contacts
- You’ll be consolidating data (e.g. daily subscribers, our monthly subscriptions to apps and software, etc)
- Submit reports as identified by management regularly
