You: You love solving problems and you like communicating regularly with fellow (human) coworkers (who are awesome and hardworking) and/or clients to get things done. Solving tech issues is what you do best, and you like learning new tools as well. Making clients happy, makes YOU happy.
You and the Work: You’ll receive daily tasks assigned by Project Managers. You’ll get a variety of tasks from DNS changes and hosting support, to setting up email automation, configuring form, finding/suggesting/installing plugins, adding tracking codes, fixing broken checkout pages, adjusting designs, custom coding, and more. You’ll communicate regularly with Project Managers to help keep clients updated on the status of projects. Occasionally, as needed, you’ll also message directly with clients to gain clarity on a task. You should feel comfortable with a variety of tools/apps such as WordPress, Go High Level, and others.
Your Experience/Knowledge: The ideal candidate would have 3+ years of experience as a front-end/web/support/WordPress developer, troubleshooting and solving a variety of issues associated with the Work above. He or She must have experience working with Hubspot and similar platforms.
